Methode Champenoise is clearly a technique perfected by the French. However, in recent years there has been a significant increase in cider producers turning their hand to an English cider equivalent and with some wonderful results. Our Methode Champenoise uses only premium Kingston Black Juice to produce a remarkably dry sparkling cider presenting a fine Champagne style bubble. Perfected with time, disgorged, riddled, handcorked and wired. 750ml Glass bottle. 8% ABV. Chill before opening.
